Small-batch roastery

Deep roots,
careful roasts.

Ficus Club Roasters is named for the fig family — plants known less for their fruit than for their roots, which spread wide, hold fast, and quietly feed everything above ground. We roast coffee the same way: unhurried, well-supported, built to last past the first cup.

Our approach

Roasted like something meant to hold up a canopy.

We work in small batches, sourcing green coffee from producers we can name and farms we can point to on a map. Every lot is roasted to bring out what's already there — not to mask it — and cupped and re-cupped until the profile earns its place in the lineup.

It's a slower way to run a roastery. It's also the only way we know how to make coffee we'd actually want to drink again tomorrow.

Ficus — the botanical family behind fig, banyan, and rubber trees — is known for root systems that spread further than the canopy above them. We think good coffee works the same way: what you taste is the smallest part of the effort.
